How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are handcrafted or hand-finished to order and ship within 2-5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. See our Shipping page for full details.

 

What sizes do the framed photos come in?

Our God Frames collection is available in 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 11x17, and 13x19, in Black, White, Natural Wood, and Gold frame finishes.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — see our Returns page for the full policy. If a framed piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding, so check back or reach out if you'd like to be notified.

 

How do I care for a framed photo?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid direct sunlight or high humidity to keep colors and the frame finish looking their best.
