Processing Time

Most orders are handcrafted or hand-finished to order and ship within 2-5 business days. Framed items and made-to-order pieces may take slightly longer during peak festival seasons (Diwali, Navratri, and other major holidays) — we'll always note any delay at checkout.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States via standard ground shipping, with delivery typically arriving 4-8 business days after your order ships. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location and order contents.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions on qualifying orders — any active offer will be shown in your cart.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully pack every piece, especially framed photos and idols, to survive transit. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

International Shipping

We don't currently offer international shipping, but we're working on expanding — check back soon or reach out if you'd like to be notified.
